MY GARDEN delights and annoys me at once. I have been watching the coriander go to seed before my very eyes. I should have pinched it out last weekend. I’ve tried to do so this weekend but the stems are as thick as my little finger. I’ve never seen anything like it. The rough bits will be used to make coriander pesto and the remainder, I hope, will grow into lush coriander to be used over the season. The rocket seedpods are plump. I’ll let these dry off and plant them in a fortnight’s time.
