I HAD a request to cook the Thai soup I tried for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Yah, a winner. It was easy too and tasted like it should have. It’s from Super Food Ideas Super-Fast title.
NOTE: I tried this risotto again on Friday. The first time I cooked it as a normal risotto. This time I tried the baked method. It came out like papier mache paste. I’m returning to the stove top method for next time.
