THIS idea for a printed Christmas card has been in my head for weeks. I was going to cut the tangram stamps out of erasers, and may still do that for future use, but this evening I cut the tangram from potatoes and printed up card stock left over from cards I printed last year.

I just need to find the time to pen a few heartily felt Christmas wishes and send them out. The card's in the mail. I promise.

That said, this will be my last post for the year. I'll still cruise by your blogs using good ole' Google Reader but I am going to down tools for a couple of weeks and enjoy what ever warm weather summer can dish up. There's gardening to be done, books to be read and ginger beers to be drunk (with or without rum and ice for a Dark and Stormy, or vodka, lime juice and ice for a Moscow Mule).

Have a lovely Christmas and enjoy your holiday. Now, where are those postage stamps?

Ginger beer sounds great, haven't had that in years, don't think you can buy it in France...
