FRIED - MY BRAIN, NOT THE EGG
September 21, 2011I STARTED back at work this week and though I love my job, after two weeks of pottering around home, garden and the op shops, it's been a shock. I'm wishing I was back pondering the art of making the perfect poached egg, a skill I can say I successfully mastered - age 37 - during my annual leave. I know, simple things do amuse. I had to master it to make me this tasty treat.
Poached, scrambled, boiled or fried? Do you have an eggy preference? Come on, work with me here. It's serious stuff back at work. Help me keep the holiday glow for a couple more days, I beg of you.
