Seriously? How good are they? In the time since we've been living on the sunny NSW Central Coast, so many new restaurants have opened and there's quite a foodie scene here now.

Our locals are super busy on the weekends and often booked out during the holidays, which is great right, but it can kinda shut locals out of their favs, especially with the summer party and holiday season coming up. Local nights are the perfect solution. The chefs can test out new menus, the locals appreciate the friendly vibe and the food is always great.

My choice of local nights are below, and if you're heading out for dinner this week, local night or not, snap a picture, post it to Instagram with the hashtag #snapcoast and your photo could be featured on the front page of the Central Coast Express Advocate. What a great way to share your appreciation for your local.
