With family members each contributing to the Christmas table this year, we had a glut of festive fruit.

Rather than see it wasted, I blitzed a couple of punnets of fading raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with a mango, adding a couple of good dollops of yoghurt and a swirl of maple syrup.

There was enough fruit for six of these old Tupperware moulds and an ice cube tray.

The ice cubes are being used in fruit smoothies to cool them and add an extra hit of tart berry flavours.

The ice treats tip easily out of their Tupperware moulds. Do Tupperware still make these? Mine were picked up for next to biz at an op shop and are the perfect design with the base stopping pesky drips.
