FIVE pairs of earrings. What am I going to do with five pairs of out-there, over-the-top earrings? I had to have them though. They were $5 for the lot and reminded me of the big bright earrings that were around when I was a teenager. I had my ears pierced only a few years ago and never wore stunners like this back then. Oh, how I wanted to. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I am loving the ‘80s fashion flashback. I am, at 34, drawn to all the clothes I wanted as a 14-year-old. (I can still hear my mother telling me otherwise. What’s with that? Sorry Mum. I know, I know. Lilac bubble skirts do NOT go with hot pink suede boots. I hear ya.)
