I’M going on a little adventure, somewhere where I’ll need this woollen jacket – with quilted lining – and my new leather gloves. Both are from op shops. The gloves were bought on the weekend for $3.50. The jacket was $10. It was missing buttons, which I replaced on Saturday while watching ABC2’s Audrey Hepburn flick War and Peace. The hat box? It was a Christmas gift from my sister. It belonged to a great aunt and still had the train company's luggage ticket on it with her name and where she was travelling to, and when. As for my trip, there’s no train involved, and no hats, just a beanie.
