I LOVE decorated Easter eggs. I am not so keen on the chocolate variety, but the beautiful designs of Easter eggs and the traditions attached to those designs are fascinating. My mum used to make these delicate patterned eggs and they were displayed in our house all year. I don't know what ever happened to them. Perhaps they broke. I think they were boiled eggs, so maybe they got smelly. These are a few blown eggs covered in tissue paper and oiled using a little olive oil. We made these at Guides this week.
